Refund policy

We want you to feel comfortable bringing Nan Elsie Living into your kitchen. Our digital purchases include a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee, plus an additional recipe guarantee through day 30 under the conditions below.
Digital products
This policy applies to our downloadable ebooks and guides, including +100 Naturally Delicious and the 30-day healthier-meals challenge when sold individually or included in a purchased bundle. No physical item needs to be returned, and there are no return shipping or restocking fees.
First 14 days: no reason required
Contact support@nanelsieliving.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase to request a full refund of the amount paid for the applicable product or bundle, including taxes charged on it. You do not need to explain your decision, prepare any recipes, submit photographs, or complete the challenge. Downloading or opening the files does not remove this voluntary guarantee. Discounted purchases are covered too.
We only need enough information to identify your order, such as your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Days 15-30: additional recipe guarantee
For a purchase that includes +100 Naturally Delicious, you may request a refund under our additional recipe guarantee after the first 14 days and within 30 calendar days of purchase if:
- You have prepared at least 10 different recipes from the purchased ebook.
- You followed their listed ingredients, quantities, and preparation instructions, and disclose any substitutions or changes.
- You explain a specific, reasonable cooking or usability problem that left you dissatisfied, such as repeated difficulty achieving the described results despite following the instructions.
- You provide a simple cooking record identifying the 10 recipes, approximate preparation dates, and results. Photographs, ingredient details, or preparation notes may help explain a problem; we accept reasonable evidence and do not require a photograph of every recipe.
Not every attempted recipe needs to have failed. Describe which recipes presented problems and what happened. We may ask focused follow-up questions when needed to understand your request. If the conditions above are met, we will refund the amount paid for the cookbook or the bundle containing it, including taxes charged on that purchase.
This additional guarantee is not based on weight loss, changes in energy, reduced bloating, challenge points, or other health outcomes. A standalone challenge guide does not require preparing 10 recipes and is covered by the first 14-day guarantee and any applicable legal rights, rather than this additional cookbook guarantee.
Please raise suspected recipe errors or safety concerns immediately. You do not need to continue preparing recipes to report them or exercise any legal right.
Missing, incorrect, or defective content
If a download is missing, corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description, or otherwise defective, contact us so we can help restore access, provide the correct file, or arrange the remedy required by applicable law. These requests are not subject to the 10-recipe requirement. Our voluntary 14-day and 30-day periods do not limit any longer or stronger legal rights you may have.
How to request a refund
Email support@nanelsieliving.com with your order number, purchase email, and a clear refund request. For a request under the additional recipe guarantee, include the cooking record and explanation described above. A timely request remains timely while we review it, even if the review continues beyond day 30.
We aim to complete reviews under the additional recipe guarantee within 5 calendar days of receiving the relevant information. If clarification is needed, we will explain what is missing. This review process does not delay a refund that is already due under a statutory cancellation right.
You may use this wording, but no special form is required:
I would like to cancel my purchase and request a refund. Product: ____. Order number: ____. Purchase date: ____. Purchase email: ____. Name: ____.
Refund processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, unless another arrangement is legally required or agreed with you. We do not deduct our payment-processing fees from an approved full refund.
We process statutory cancellation refunds without delay and within the applicable legal deadline, including immediately where required. For refunds under our voluntary guarantees, we initiate the refund within 5 business days after approval, unless a shorter legal deadline applies. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Brazil.
Your payment provider or bank controls when the credit appears in your account. We will confirm when we initiate it. If it has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us for help checking its status.
After a full refund, your personal-use license for the refunded content ends. Please delete downloaded copies and stop using or sharing that content. Deletion evidence is not a condition of a statutory refund or our first 14-day guarantee.
Your legal rights
These guarantees are additional to mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy removes rights relating to cancellation, non-delivery, faulty content, misleading descriptions, or other protections that apply where you live. We will not require 10 recipe attempts to exercise those rights. Where applicable law provides a more favorable rule or a different cancellation deadline, that rule applies.
