Our recipes travel straight to your inbox, ready for your kitchen. This policy covers our digital ebooks and guides. No physical product is shipped.
How you receive your purchase
After payment is successfully confirmed:
- A download option is made available on the order-confirmation or thank-you page.
- A delivery email containing access to the purchased files is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
- Open the download link and save the PDF to your device. You can read it digitally or print it for personal use.
For orders requiring manual payment confirmation or a security review, delivery occurs after confirmation. Automated delivery is normally available shortly afterward; temporary technical or email-provider delays can occur.
Delivery charges and availability
Digital delivery is free. There are no shipping, packaging, or postal customs charges for these downloads. Any applicable taxes are addressed separately at checkout as required by law.
Purchases are available in the countries supported by our checkout and payment providers, subject to applicable restrictions. The file language and included products are those shown in the selected listing; buying one language edition does not automatically include another.
Device requirements
You need an internet connection, sufficient storage, and a device or application that can open PDF files. The files can be read on compatible phones, tablets, or computers. A printer is optional. Internet and printing expenses are your own.
If you cannot find or open the files
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, then confirm the email address on your order. If the email is missing, the link does not work, or the file will not open, contact support@nanelsieliving.com with your order number and purchase email. We will help verify the order, restore access, or send the correct file. Do not send your full card details.
Save a backup after downloading. If you later need help retrieving a purchased file, contact us. The absence of a working link does not remove your applicable rights concerning delivery of purchased content.
Refunds and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. A digital-delivery problem does not require preparing recipes before requesting help or a legal remedy.
